The ongoing hot war between Russia and Ukraine has most certainly caused a BIG dent in world peace and the world order; the parachute landings made by active NATO member nations have worsened the already bad situation on the battlefield.

Day after day, every other country appears to be forever ready to nuke its neighboring country or at least make a threatening statement to do so; Russia is no exception here and definitely not a saint to be whitewashed of its wrongdoings.

More than a war of weapons, this entire scenario has turned into an uglier war of words; with selfish nations such as the United States of America (the USA), Germany, the United Kingdom, France, etc. are posing themselves as standing against the Russian Federation as a united front.

But deep down, especially for those who understand geopolitics in a better manner, people know for sure that all this is happening to create a perpetual fear of self-defense and manufacture more & more arms and ammunition.

And if the aforementioned happens, what will follow next?

Handing out contracts for mass manufacturing of the weapons of war; the bigger the threat posed before a country, the more fattened up the contract will be.

Global geopolitics is a highly messed up affair & cannot unfold on its own to find a temporary or permanent solution; having written that, it is very surprising to know that when the NATO member nations miserably failed to make Russia bow down before their threats, they started cornering India for this, to an extent that subtle threats were issued on not to buy crude oil & gas from Russian public & private companies.

Whatever will be the outcome of this war (uncertain as of now), India will act as a mediator if and whenever asked so because Indians believe in Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (universal brotherhood) and Om Shaanti..!
